I was hoping there would be more styles to choose from, but a lot of it kind of looks the same to me. The sizes seem fine, so that part wasn’t really the issue, I just wish there was more variety. Also, the reminders felt a bit too aggressive, like I kept getting pushed before I even had a chance to decide...

I wanted to like this dress, but the second I had it on for a while, it just felt off. The fabric was kind of scratchy, and the way it fit kept bunching or riding up in a weird way. It looked decent at first glance, but I had such a strong “nope” feeling after wearing it for less than an hour. It’s been sitting in my closet ever since.

I ordered from fallsweet.com and needed to swap the size, which I thought would be straightforward. Once I started the exchange process, though, it felt way more complicated than it should have been.
Customer service took a few days to get back to me, and I kept being asked for information I had already sent. The exchange policy also wasn’t super clear to me, so I ended up paying more for shipping than I expected, which made me feel like I should’ve been more careful before ordering.

I’m still waiting to get the right item sorted out, and at this point I’m just trying to avoid losing more time or money on it. For me, it wasn’t worth the stress, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

One piece didn’t look exactly like I pictured from the photos, which was a little disappointing at first, but it still looked cute on and I’ll wear it. I also reached out to customer service with a question and they did get back to me. Overall, it wasn’t flawless, but the vibe was positive and I’m happy with what I got.

The tracking info never really lined up with my actual order. I’m not totally sure what was going on, but it definitely didn’t seem accurate.

I’m still waiting on my refund and I’m confused about what’s going on?? I reached out to support, but they weren’t really able to help much or give me a clear update. Frustrating experience so far.

i mean, I reached out hoping to get my issue fixed, but customer service wasn’t very helpful. The replies were short, and even after asking for more help, the problem still wasn’t resolved...

It was basically true to the description, so no real surprises there. That said, when I had a small question, the response felt like one of those canned 'we’re sorry for the inconvenience' messages, which is a bit annoying. The product itself was fine, just wish the customer service felt more human.

My order from fallsweet.com showed up in a plain mailer, and the items were folded really tight, like tight tight. Nothing inside was ruined, so that was good, but the packaging didn’t feel very protective.
The box looked a little squished when it arrived, and there wasn’t much padding at all. It did get here on time, which I appreciate, but for the price I expected better packaging, just better overall

I was really expecting this to be soft and comfy, but the fabric feels rough and kind of scratchy against my skin. I even tried to be patient and washed it once thinking maybe it just needed a little time to soften up, but nope, still uncomfortable. disappointing, especially when you’re basically forced to wait and hope it gets better

I ordered the same size a few times and they all fit completely different. One was fine, another was way too tight, and another felt too loose. Im not sure how youre supposed to know what size to get.

It took way longer than they originally said, and the tracking updates were almost useless, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. By the time the package finally showed up, I was already irritated and not even that excited about it anymore. Maybe the product is fine, but the slow shipping is what I’ll remember. I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

Support was okay overall. It took a little while, but they did help me in the end, so I can't complain too much. Wasn't a amazing experience, but at least the issue got sorted.
